The deuteragonist of Star, Rebecca offers a gut-wrenching perspective on the death of Jake. She is emotionally driven to figure out who killed her best friend, and writes her feelings and thoughts on the matter in her diary. She begins to see things in the stars, and swears she hears someone calling to her from there. Near the end of the show, Rebecca directly opposes Arthur, and learns the truth, but at the cost of her own life.
